Who we are

TKFL is the data controller for the details you give us through this site. You can reach us privacy@tkfl.ai.

What we collect

Only what the waitlist form asks for: your name, email address and optionally your phone number; your company name, industry and a short description of what the business does; the types of cover you buy, your approximate annual spend and when you next renew. We also record when you submitted the form, which page or campaign brought you here, and which version of this notice you agreed to.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

  • To contact you about membership as the mutual opens. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you asked to be told, and we are telling you.
  • To understand demand across industries, cover types and renewal dates, so we can plan underwriting. Legitimate interests.
  • To share your details with Huntons Indemnity so they can prepare indicative quotes — only if you ticked that box. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider [Vercel Inc.] and our spreadsheet provider [Google LLC] process this data on our instructions.Huntons Indemnity receives it only with your consent. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Waitlist records are kept until [24 months] after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If you become a member, a separate notice will cover your membership record.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for broker sharing. Email privacy@tkfl.ai and we will respond within one month.
